Not wanting to go into how the dollar became a globalize currency, it is sufficient to say the dollars days as a globalize currency is ending. This means that Americans be forced to pay as she goes and we will be taxed heavily to pay off the accumulated debt. Americans have a negative saving rate so we will be praying to God to help us devise solutions to get through this economic mess. "go on vacation" ... keep CONSUMING! We live inside a monster that is devouring the planet. We need a paradigm shift of which we are afraid; we can't look it in the eye without a chill running up our national spine. Whether it is today or on some future day...we have to face it eventually. When we have eaten everything, then what?
