Community Discussion, Letter V: The Pope
We all have something to say, a question to ask, an insight to share. Please use this forum to respond to the book we are reading, to the course materials, and to the dialogue prompts given in each unit. Those of us who are drawn to the contemplative life are often introverted — so I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and offer your particular viewpoint. We never know how our words can be a blessing or a gift to others — but often that's exactly what the Spirit does with them. Let's have a contemplative conversation!

Prayer Requests
Prayer changes things — beginning with the heart and soul of the person doing the praying. Let's keep each other in our prayers over the duration of this course. And if you have something in particular you would like members of this community to pray for — whether an intercession for a loved one who is ill, a hope for new job or opportunity, or gratitude for a blessing received — please share it here. Friends, let's hold these prayer requests in confidence (unless the requester asks us to share far and wide), and let's hold these prayers in our heart, pondering the mystery of Divine Love who meets us both in our need and in our joy.

Please Introduce Yourself
Let's get to know one another. Please share your name, where you are from, what inspired you to take this course, what hope or dream you have for the course, and maybe something fun or quirky or unusual about yourself. Just share what feels good to share — but please, do share — your presence here is a blessing, and we want to connect.
