Hello fellow journeyers!
I am an Episcopal priest living in on an island on the Pacific Northwest and rector of our church here. I am also a novice at the Communion of the Mystic Rose. I come originally from Puerto Rico. I live with my husband, also a priest, and our two dogs (Ava and Bruno).
Looking forward to deepen my understanding and practice of inner (esoteric) Christianity through this book and our conversations.
Blessings and peace.
Berto (Cassian)
Berto, so glad you are here. I see you and Toto know each other. đŸ™‚
Do you know Sue Thompson and Stina Pope? They are a couple of retired Episcopal Priests who live in Washington State (sorry, I can’t recall exactly where). They’re dear friends.
Glad to be here!
I don’t recognize their names. You might know my husband (Hugh M. Grant) though who is an Episcopal priest. His home parish is St Barts in Atlanta GA and before going to seminary in 2005 he thinks he met you there.
Looking forward to his course especially as I take a three month sabbatical this year taking a month at the Camaldolose hermitage in Big Sur and another month at a cabin in the mountains here of WA. This will be part of my reflections.
I remember Hugh, but I don’t recall knowing him well, I think when he was at St. Bart’s I was already off on my pagan adventure (I was at St. Bart’s from ’93 to ’97, pagan identified from ’97 to ’04, and began the journey to Rome in the fall of ’04). But I do believe we met, and St. Bart’s is of course where I met Sue and Stina as well.
Small world! Give my regards to Hugh, and again, so glad you’re here!
